Pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Code and Articles 4 and 60 of the Articles of Incorporation of KB Financial Group Inc. (the “Company”), the Company has designated the record date for the interim (quarterly) cash dividends for the first quarter of 2023 to be March 31, 2023.
The Company will close its shareholder registry book on April 3, 2023 to determine the shareholders who will be eligible to receive the dividends.
