Building a Brighter Future Together
The KB Foundation was established in May 2011 by KB Financial Group affiliates to give back to society and provide hope and encouragement to those in need, in appreciation of the support that KB Financial Group has received from the people of Korea.
The Foundation provides economic and financial education for people of all ages, from young people to retirees, to help them develop sound financial knowledge and habits. It also provides scholarships to children of those who serve the nation and society and to young people from vulnerable backgrounds, while supporting employment initiatives aimed at addressing youth unemployment and creating job opportunities at SMEs.

We provide a wide range of economic and financial education programs to help people make informed financial decisions in their daily lives.

KB Star Economic Class
Professional lecturers visit schools to educate elementary, middle, and high school students on basic economic and financial knowledge and career education in the financial sector.

Financial Education for Vulnerable Groups
We provide a variety of educational programs to help people with developmental disabilities, out-of-school youth, young adults who are preparing for independence, and children from low-income families to achieve economic independence.

We continue to develop and provide a wide range of economic and financial education content for people across Korea.

Economic and Financial Education Experience Center (KB Star*D)
We have set up an experience center in the new KB Bank building for field tours, special economic and financial education sessions, and related content production.

We provide scholarship programs for individuals who have made meaningful contributions to society and for young people from vulnerable backgrounds, including those preparing for independent living

Supporting the children of Men and Women in Uniform (MIU) who serve society with dedication and self-sacrifice.

Employment Support Programs
The KB Financial Public Benefit Foundation offers recruitment subsidies to SMEs that have successfully recruited through KB's KB Good Job program.

We established the KB Social Investment Fund to nurture social enterprises and create a sustainable social finance ecosystem.
