Application for Final Approval to Establish a Financial Holding Company
2008-08-26On August 25, 2008, Kookmin Bank submitted an application for final approval of the establishment of a financial holding company, KB Financial Group Inc., to the Financial Services Commission ("FSC"). KB Financial group Inc. is expected to be established on September 29, 2008, after receipt of final approval from the FSC.
