Disposition of Stake in Kookmin Leasing(Dec. 27, 2002)
2002-12-27On December 27, 2002, Kookmin Bank disposed of its stake of 36,541,400 shares, which represents 88.66% of the total issued and outstanding shares of Kookmin Leasing. The purchaser is Sun Capital primarily engaging in leasing business. The proceeds of the sale are amounted to 365 million Won.
Upon the disposition, there is no remaining stake of Kookmin Bank in the company.
