Completion of Treasury Stock Purchase(Oct. 23, 2002)
2002-10-24On October 23, 2002, Kookmin Bank completed the purchase of treasury stock up to 3 million shares pursuant to the resolution made on July 26, 2002 by the Board of Directors.
Pursuant to this resolution, Kookmin Bank has purchased its treasury shares since July 31, 2002 through the Korea Stock Exchange. The total purchased shares are 3 million shares, which is equal to 0.94 percent of the total issued and outstanding common shares. Kookmin Bank paid 147.6 billion Won including incurred commission for the purchase.
